Over the weekend, I went to visit my siblings and mother in the midwest. While there, my brother and I made it a point to eat as much Latin food as we possibly could. Here’s just one meal we had at “El Rinconcito”. Unfortunately, this did some damage to my fitness routine. It was a lot of food, albeit delicious food.
The good thing about this life is that tomorrow is another day, a different day, and I’ll get to work on fixing what I did. In the meantime, you can find me on the couch.
