My wife and I escaped Phoenix for a couple of days and went up to the Grand Canyon. We had never been there. It was pretty awesome. (I've seen the Copper Canyon in Mexico, which is bigger, but different.) We took some pictures. Most were taken by her, though.
Another year, another ten thousand photographs. Seriously, I took that many. Between my iPhone, my DSLR and my mirrorless (the same little camera that traveled with me to Colombia), I took about ten thousand photographs. Not all of them were good. Maybe one or two were great. I took this picture as my wife and I walked in downtown Belize City. These children were on a bike, just sitting there. The little girl waved at me as I snapped the picture. I love, love, love the amount of life they give off in their eyes. You can see the rest of the [...]

I'm also confused as to why our elected leaders are making it so hard for us to get off this rock and go to places like the Moon or Mars or beyond. In the meantime, here are some great pictures and a video that I took.
